COMMERCIAL PLATFORM POLICY • EFFECTIVE 5 SEPTEMBER 2026
Acceptable Use Policy for the Omega Web Pro Builder, engines, previews, accounts and licensed website output.
Omega Web Pro is designed to help legitimate businesses, organisations, creators and authorised website professionals plan, generate, preview, licence, download and maintain lawful websites. This Policy defines uses that are prohibited because they could harm people, infringe rights, compromise systems or misuse Omega Web Pro technology.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the public Omega Web Pro website, Universal Website Studio/Builder, AI-assisted planning, specification and architecture tools, Pure HTML renderer, WordPress renderer, Image Engine, SEO + Schema functions, accessibility checks, performance/readiness checks, Web Metrics functions, Security Engine, forms/backend generation, preview environment, checkout acceptance page, Stripe checkout integration, purchase-created accounts, licensed exports, ZIP import/re-editing, licence validation and related APIs or support services.
2. You remain responsible for what you ask Omega to build and what you publish
Automation does not transfer responsibility for your business, claims, website content, legal obligations or deployment decisions to Omega Web Pro. You must review the generated website before publishing it and must make any changes required for accuracy, lawfulness, accessibility, privacy, industry compliance, consumer disclosures, intellectual-property clearance and suitability for your intended audience.
- Provide accurate business, market, product, service and contact information.
- Use only prompts, text, images, documents, ZIPs, logos and other source material that you are authorised to use.
- Review generated text, structured data, forms, links, prices, legal statements, accessibility text and other output before deployment.
- Do not represent an Omega readiness score as a government approval, legal certification, WCAG certificate, cybersecurity certification, Lighthouse result or guarantee where it is not one.
- Maintain appropriate hosting, DNS, domain, email, backups, updates and production security after deployment.
3. Illegal, abusive or harmful use is prohibited
You must not use Omega Web Pro to create, operate, facilitate, promote or materially assist activity that is unlawful in the place where you operate or where the affected users are located. This includes websites or content used for trafficking, exploitation, illegal weapons sales, unlawful controlled substances, terrorism, criminal services, stolen credentials, fraud, extortion, evasion of lawful sanctions, or other serious unlawful conduct.
You must not generate or publish content that unlawfully threatens, harasses, stalks, doxxes, exploits, defames or incites violence against another person, or that targets people for abuse on the basis of protected characteristics where prohibited by law.
4. AI-assisted planning and generated content
Omega Web Pro uses AI-assisted planning in a constrained production workflow and may also use local/fallback planning logic. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, non-unique or unsuitable. You must not use AI functions to deliberately generate deceptive material, fabricate evidence, impersonate real people, create unlawful discriminatory targeting, conceal material facts, or produce content intended to mislead users about authorship, endorsements, credentials, performance, pricing, regulatory approval or factual events.
5. Copyright, trade marks and other intellectual-property rights
You must not upload, reproduce, adapt, scrape, clone or publish material when you do not have the necessary rights, licence, permission or lawful exception. This includes logos, photographs, illustrations, text, source code, proprietary databases, designs, trade marks, confidential documents and existing websites. You must not use Omega Web Pro to pass off your website as another organisation or to create confusingly similar branding for deceptive purposes.
Use of the generated website is also subject to the permanent-domain licence and the Copyright & IP Policy. A licence to use an Omega-generated website does not grant ownership of Omega Web Pro itself, its engines, server code, licence system, protected project format, cryptographic controls or proprietary workflow.
6. Malware, cybersecurity abuse and unauthorised access
You must not use Omega Web Pro or generated output to create, distribute, host or facilitate malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft, keyloggers, destructive code, phishing kits, botnets, exploit kits or unauthorised access tools. You must not probe, scan, attack or interfere with Omega infrastructure or another system without express authorisation.
- No bypassing authentication, CSRF, same-origin, preview tokens, licence validation, download authorisation, rate limits or security controls.
- No path traversal, injection, tampering with signed project data, falsifying Licence IDs or Website IDs, or replacing trusted checkout destinations.
- No extraction of private server files, API keys, SMTP credentials, HMAC secrets, Stripe secrets or other protected configuration.
- No testing against third-party systems unless you have the legal right and explicit authorisation to do so.
7. Fraud, phishing, impersonation and deceptive commerce
You must not build sites intended to impersonate a bank, government body, payment provider, employer, marketplace, charity, individual or other organisation in order to obtain money, credentials, personal information or other benefit by deception. Fake stores, fake investment schemes, counterfeit-goods sites, advance-fee scams, fraudulent support portals and materially deceptive lead-generation sites are prohibited.
8. Privacy, personal information and confidential material
Do not place personal, confidential or sensitive information into Builder inputs unless you have a lawful reason and the necessary authority to process it. You are responsible for the privacy notices, consent mechanisms, retention practices, cookie/analytics choices and data-processing arrangements required for your deployed website.
You must not use Omega Web Pro to unlawfully collect, infer, publish, sell or expose personal information; create doxxing databases; facilitate identity theft; secretly monitor people; or build unlawful surveillance, biometric or profiling systems.
9. Regulated, professional and high-risk uses
Omega Web Pro may be used to build ordinary informational websites for regulated industries, but it is not itself a substitute for legal, medical, financial, engineering, accessibility, cybersecurity, privacy or other professional compliance review. You must not use generated content as a basis for high-impact automated decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, legal rights or similar matters where law requires human oversight, explanation, licensing, consent or other safeguards.
If your industry has specific advertising, licensing, recordkeeping, accessibility, privacy, security or disclosure obligations, you are responsible for implementing them before launch.
10. Spam, unsolicited messaging and abusive lead generation
You must not use generated forms, scripts or websites to send or facilitate unlawful spam, address harvesting, unsolicited bulk messaging or deceptive marketing. Where New Zealand law applies, commercial electronic messages generally require appropriate consent, accurate sender identification and a functional unsubscribe method.
11. Abuse of Omega Web Pro as a platform
You must not scrape, mirror, frame, clone, reverse engineer, systematically extract, benchmark for replication, resell access to, or create a competing service from Omega Web Pro’s protected platform, interface, engines, workflow, APIs or internal output formats except to the extent applicable law expressly prevents such restriction.
Automated access, bots, crawlers, scripted generation or bulk account activity is prohibited unless Omega Web Pro has expressly authorised it in writing.
12. Licence, domain-lock and account abuse
The NZ$999 Lifetime Single Website Domain Licence is permanently associated with one normalised website domain. You must not manipulate a generated ZIP, manifest, account, Website ID, Licence ID or domain data to use one licence for multiple unrelated domains, evade a required purchase, transfer a licence to a replacement domain, or make an unlicensed copy appear licensed.
Do not sell, lease, share or transfer account credentials. An authorised developer or agency may work on behalf of the licensed customer subject to the Terms, but must not use one customer licence as a reusable template inventory or multi-client licence pool.
13. Resource abuse, excessive automation and service integrity
“Unlimited” same-domain generations describes the commercial licence right for the licensed domain; it does not mean a right to attack, overload or monopolise platform resources. Omega may apply reasonable rate limits, file-size limits, page limits, job controls, anti-abuse measures, security checks and temporary restrictions required to keep the service reliable and secure.
The current Builder supports up to 120 generated pages per build and applies technical limits to uploads, ZIP processing and generation jobs. Attempting to bypass these controls is prohibited.
14. Third-party services and external systems
Do not use Omega-generated integrations in a way that violates the terms of Stripe, hosting providers, domain registries, email providers, WordPress plugins, analytics providers, AI providers or other third parties. Omega’s ability to generate or connect code does not authorise misuse of another service.
15. Enforcement
Where Omega reasonably believes use may violate this Policy, the Terms, law, security requirements or third-party rights, Alpha & Omega Limited may investigate, restrict generation, block an export, disable a preview, suspend account access, reject an import, revoke access to compromised credentials, preserve relevant security records, or take other proportionate protective action. Serious or credible unlawful conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities or affected service providers where permitted or required by law.
Enforcement decisions may consider severity, intent, repetition, risk, remediation, legal obligations and whether immediate action is necessary to protect users or infrastructure. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Reporting abuse, security issues or rights violations
Report suspected platform abuse, phishing, malware, unlawful content or security issues with enough detail for Omega Web Pro to investigate. Do not include passwords, secret keys or unnecessary sensitive data in ordinary email.
17. Changes to this Policy
Omega Web Pro may update this Policy as products, threats, laws or platform capabilities change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective/revised date on this page. Use after an updated Policy becomes effective is subject to the applicable Terms and mandatory law.
18. Relationship with other Omega legal documents
This Policy should be read with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Copyright & IP Policy, Accessibility Statement and Purchase & Lifetime Licence Guide. The checkout acceptance page presents the key purchase acknowledgements again before Stripe payment.
Current customer architecture
19. Acceptable use of My Account, checkout, Website Editor and lifetime re-editing
This section supplements sections 1–18 above. Existing prohibitions remain fully applicable.
19.1 Account misuse
You must not obtain or attempt to obtain another customer's account, project, Order ID, Licence ID, Website ID, Purchase History, pending checkout, licensed ZIP, version history or private profile data; bypass authentication; reuse stolen sessions; automate credential attacks; or interfere with password-reset, email-verification or other account-security controls.
19.2 Checkout and payment misuse
You must not manipulate order state, fabricate payment confirmation, alter amounts/currency, replay checkout requests, forge Stripe events, attempt to convert an unpaid order into a paid licence, misuse another person's payment method, or use Pending Checkout controls to interfere with completed commercial records.
19.3 Website Editor misuse
You must not use Website Editor to bypass the permanent licensed-domain restriction, tamper with Omega licence/signature metadata, access files outside the authorised project, inject code intended to attack Omega infrastructure or other users, exploit preview isolation, defeat server-side validation, exfiltrate secrets, create persistence on Omega systems or use the editor as a general-purpose malicious code execution environment.
19.4 Validation and preview abuse
You must not deliberately submit payloads intended to exhaust validation, preview, image-processing, ZIP extraction or generation resources; exploit parser discrepancies; evade blocked file/path rules; upload archives containing traversal or unsafe links; or attempt to cause customer-edited server code to execute inside an environment designed not to execute it.
19.5 Version history and ZIP abuse
You must not alter, forge or transplant project signatures or protected metadata to make an unrelated or unlicensed project appear licensed, use one domain licence to generate or restore websites for other domains, or distribute licensed ZIPs in a way that grants unauthorised third parties the right to operate the Omega-generated package outside the licence.
19.6 Personal information and secrets
Do not place credentials, payment-card data, private keys or unnecessary sensitive personal information into public website source, editor fields or support requests. You are responsible for having lawful authority to process personal information included in your website and for providing required privacy notices, consent mechanisms and security on the deployed site.
19.7 Enforcement and evidence
Where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the service, Omega may rate-limit, block, suspend or investigate activity and preserve relevant technical evidence, subject to applicable law. A temporary protective restriction does not by itself cancel a paid permanent-domain licence, although serious breach may give rise to contractual or legal remedies under the Terms.
Build responsibly
Use Omega Web Pro to create legitimate websites you are authorised to operate.
Build, preview, review, licence and deploy with human oversight.
