Choose a plan, verify your external backup email, complete Stripe Checkout if paid, follow your password-setup invitation, then sign into webmail. Professional customers also verify domain ownership before payment and receive automatically generated MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC instructions at their backup email after mailbox provisioning.
Prices are USD per account and stated billing term; taxes, where applicable, appear at secure checkout. A purchase button starts registration, not an immediate charge. The verified registration service selects the Stripe Price ID; displayed Price IDs are included as machine-readable card data. Plus and Business longer-term availability must be confirmed in the secure form before paying. Professional includes one mailbox and up to five aliases, not six mailboxes. AI Mail Cloud billing and mailbox subscriptions are separate from Omega Web Pro hosting and licences.

All prices are quoted in USD for the stated billing interval and exclude any applicable checkout taxes. Monthly, yearly and two-yearly are distinct billing terms, not installment equivalents. On the secure registration page, select only a billing term actually offered there; verify price, recurrence and tax before paying. A Stripe Price ID shown in page markup identifies an authorised catalogue entry but is not a checkout or payment authorisation.

Choose your @aimailcloud.com mailbox, or one address on your customer-owned domain for Professional. Provide an external backup email you already use and can open. It is needed for verification and recovery.
Open the verification message sent to that backup inbox and follow its secure link. A new AI Mail Cloud mailbox is not yet ready to receive its own activation messages.
AI Mail Cloud sends the unique domain-ownership TXT challenge to your verified backup email. Publish the exact record in your domain's authoritative DNS zone and complete verification before payment. You can register the domain with a provider of your choice.
Professional customers choose up to five aliases attached to the single primary mailbox. Paid customers review the approved term, taxes and renewal amount in Stripe Checkout. Free customers do not make a payment.
Open the separate account-activation/password-creation email in your backup inbox. Set a strong unique password using the time-limited link; AI Mail Cloud should not email a plaintext mailbox password.
After Stripe confirms the paid entitlement (or Free eligibility is approved) and activation completes, AI Mail Cloud provisions the mailbox. The onboarding system sends confirmation to your backup email; do not interpret the Stripe confirmation page alone as proof the mailbox is active.
After verified Mailu provisioning and DKIM generation, the automated onboarding email gives your own MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records with hostnames, values, priorities and TTLs. You—not Omega Web Pro—publish them at your DNS provider.
Visit AI Mail Cloud Webmail and sign in with your full address and the password you created. Use mail folders, contacts and the AI Mail Agent.
For Professional, test incoming mail to the mailbox and aliases, send an external reply and confirm authentication after DNS propagation. Paid customers should receive Stripe billing documents at their verified billing address and can manage recurring subscriptions through the account's secure billing link.
A unique challenge proves you control the requested domain. It is different for every account. Keep the record until ownership verification completes.
MX routes incoming mail toward AI Mail Cloud; SPF identifies authorised senders. Copy the actual record values and priority supplied for your domain.
Mailu generates a domain-specific DKIM key. Your public DKIM TXT and DMARC policy are provided in the onboarding message; private signing keys and passwords are never emailed.
Some DNS providers append your domain automatically. If instructed to use a fully qualified record name, avoid appending the domain twice. Publish long DKIM values as one logical TXT record.
Changing MX redirects new inbound messages and can interrupt a previous provider. Export or back up existing mail before cutover and keep your prior service until delivery is verified.
AI Mail Cloud prepares customer-specific setup instructions. You still need to make changes at your own registrar or DNS host, then test both directions. DNS propagation can take time.
Do not copy MX, SPF, DKIM or DMARC examples from somebody else's domain. Only the values sent to your verified backup email after provisioning should be published. Domain ownership verification occurs earlier, using a separate unique TXT challenge. A monitoring DMARC policy can be appropriate during initial setup; the configured policy should be checked for deliverability and your own requirements.
The active checkout backend chooses the authorised recurring Price ID after verification. Check the selected term before approving payment. Renewals repeat on the selected monthly, yearly or two-year schedule unless changed or cancelled.
Stripe's successful-payment emails are enabled for this connected merchant account. The paid-invoice and receipt documents should be sent to the customer billing email supplied during verified signup, including renewals. Verify receipt on the actual transaction; a failed payment never counts as a paid receipt.
Free accounts require verification and capacity eligibility but not a Stripe payment. They can receive a no-charge setup confirmation; they do not receive a receipt claiming money was charged.
Keep access to your external backup email and do not forward password links. Use secure account recovery when needed; never email passwords or private DNS signing keys to support.
Webmail is available in a browser. Where supported, encrypted IMAP and authenticated SMTP use mail.aimailcloud.com; follow the setup details provided for your account and keep passwords private.
AI Mail Cloud mailboxes are not automatically included with Omega Web Pro lifetime licences or website hosting. Each service has its own entitlement, renewal and cancellation terms.
Standalone Professional Domain Email means one actual mailbox, 5 GiB and up to five aliases at US$6.99 monthly, US$69 annually or US$129 every two years. It is independently ordered from AI Mail Cloud.
Omega Web Pro managed website hosting is sold per website and has its own disk entitlement. A separately planned Omega Hosting domain-email add-on would be a different commercial product: up to five actual domain mailboxes and 10 GB combined storage, billed together with the associated website hosting on one Stripe subscription. Do not treat that planned add-on as included in standalone Professional or buy it through the standalone Professional registration button. Its two-year price and live purchase integration have not been verified, so no purchase button is offered here.
No. Professional includes one primary login and one 5 GiB mailbox. Up to five aliases deliver to that mailbox; they do not provide separate logins or extra storage.
No. You keep control of your domain at your chosen registrar. After verification and provisioning, you publish the required mail DNS records at the authoritative DNS provider. Your website can remain where it is.
It can. Plan the cutover, back up existing messages and avoid terminating an old mailbox before both inbound and outbound testing succeeds. AI Mail Cloud does not automatically migrate mail from another service.
Stripe catalogue prices are active for all three paid plans, but the Plus and Business registration form must offer the selected term before it can be purchased. Always verify the actual term displayed by the secure form and Stripe Checkout. Professional provides separate term selection.
Check the verified external backup mailbox's Spam/Junk folder and allow for delivery delays. Use the AI Mail Cloud resend or support process. Do not create multiple subscriptions or pay again solely because an email is delayed.
No blanket deliverability or default end-to-end-encryption guarantee is claimed. Deliverability depends on DNS, recipient systems, security controls and usage policies. Review the specific security and service information published by AI Mail Cloud.
