Omega's checkout workflow connects one generated project, one normalized domain and one licence order to secure Stripe Checkout. Pending unpaid orders remain manageable; completed payments and issued licence records become protected commercial records.

Purchase boundary
Checkout begins from the exact generated website and domain.
The purchase action is not intended to create a generic transferable credit.
Normalized domain
The permanent domain assignment is carried into the pending order.
Licence product
The product is the NZ$999 Lifetime Single Website Domain Licence.
Before payment
The unpaid order exists before the Stripe payment is complete.
That allows account-linked order management and avoids treating an abandoned checkout as a paid purchase.
Order ID
Unique pending commercial order identity.
Status
Pending checkout / unpaid state.
Platform
Records the platform associated with the attempted checkout build.
Amount
Records the expected currency/amount for the licence order.
Secure hosted checkout
The payment page is provided through Stripe Checkout.
Omega redirects the customer to the active Stripe Checkout Session associated with the order.
Hosted payment surface
Sensitive card entry remains on Stripe's checkout environment rather than being collected by a custom Omega card form.
Proceed to Checkout
My Account can resume the existing open session for the exact pending order.
Expire abandoned session
Deleting an unpaid pending checkout attempts to expire/cancel the active Stripe Checkout Session where available.
After payment
Payment success must be verified server-side before licence issuance.
A browser redirect alone is not authoritative proof that the order is paid.
Verify payment state
Server-side commerce logic verifies the relevant Stripe transaction/session state.
Issue licence
A successful first paid order creates the permanent Licence ID / Website ID / domain relationship.
Create customer account
If this is the first confirmed purchase for that purchaser email, Omega creates the customer account setup flow.
Order management
Purchased customers can manage unfinished orders without touching paid records.
Pending and paid records have deliberately different permissions.
Pending list
View unpaid account-linked orders.
Resume
Proceed to the existing Stripe session.
Delete
Delete only the unpaid abandoned pending checkout.
Paid protection
Completed payments, purchase records, Licence IDs, Website IDs and licensed domains are not deletable by the pending-order control.
Paid transaction history
The original purchase stays visible as the paid commercial event.
Future same-domain generations and updated ZIPs are licence rights, not new paid purchases.
Paid date
The verified original transaction date.
Amount
Original paid NZD amount.
Licence ID
Issued permanent licence linked to that purchase.
Order ID
Commercial order record for the original paid transaction.
Receipts + invoices
Stripe receipts/invoices relate to the original paid transaction.
A lifetime same-domain regeneration is not represented as a new NZ$999 purchase merely because a new ZIP is generated.
Original payment
Receipts/invoices correspond to the real original paid order.
Future licensed export
No new purchase charge is required for eligible same-domain lifetime regeneration/export.
Support
If a real paid transaction is missing from My Account, contact support rather than creating artificial duplicate records.
