A purchased Omega Web Pro domain licence is designed for continued use. The same licensed website can return to Builder for specification-level regeneration or to Website Editor for direct source-file changes, with the permanent root domain protected throughout.

Permanent domain
Lifetime rights follow the one permanently licensed normalized domain.
The customer can keep changing the website, but the licence is not a generic transferable entitlement to different domains.
No generation limit for licence
Eligible same-domain generations are not charged as a new NZ$999 licence purchase.
New domain
A different website domain requires its own separate lifetime domain licence.
Path A
Use Builder when you want to change the website specification and regenerate.
This path is best for architecture, content direction, platform, design-system and broad project changes.
Restore project
Upload a licensed Omega Web Pro ZIP through My Account when using the portable re-edit workflow.
Validate identity
Omega verifies authenticated account, Licence ID, Website ID, normalized domain and cryptographic project identity before reopening.
Change specification
Make supported Builder changes.
Regenerate
Generate the same licensed domain again and download another licensed ZIP.
Path B
Use Website Editor when you want direct source-code control.
This path is best for targeted file-level changes that do not require rebuilding the whole site specification.
Open licensed files
Select the active Website ID and authorized project file.
Edit source
Modify supported source directly.
Live preview
See valid edits in the private sandboxed responsive preview.
Validate + version
Blocking issues stop preview/save; accepted saves create version history.
Export updated project
Validate the licensed website and generate an updated signed ZIP.
Future generation
The licence includes supported Pure HTML and WordPress generation for the same domain.
One build still creates only one production target at a time.
Pure HTML generation
Generate a portable CMS-free version for the licensed domain.
WordPress generation
Generate the native WordPress target for the same licensed domain when that is the desired future platform.
Domain protection
The root host is locked; internal page filenames and canonical paths are not frozen.
This is an important distinction for real maintenance work.
Home canonical host
Must remain the permanently licensed host.
Internal page rename
A page such as terms.html may be renamed and its canonical path updated if links/content are kept consistent and the canonical remains under the licensed host.
Different host rejected
Changing canonical ownership to an unrelated domain violates the permanent licence identity and is blocked by editor/export checks.
Revision management
Website Editor saves create a versioned history; Builder generations produce new downloadable project versions.
Keep your latest licensed ZIP safely even though My Account provides future editing access.
Editor version history
Use version history for accepted direct-code revisions.
Keep exports
Store the latest downloaded licensed ZIP as your portable deliverable/restore source.
Hosting backups
Maintain independent backups of the actually deployed production site as part of normal hosting operations.
Boundaries
Lifetime re-editing is powerful, but it does not include unrelated services by implication.
