How accounts are created
There is no public Create Account or Register flow.
The first confirmed paid Omega Web Pro licence purchase creates the customer account using the purchaser email received through the checkout process.
Setup email
A secure one-time setup flow lets the purchaser create the account password.
Sign in later
Future access uses the purchased customer login rather than anonymous Builder state.
Lifetime website licences
One account can own multiple separate lifetime domain licences.
The customer account is not itself the website licence.
Account ID
Identifies the customer account.
Licence ID
Identifies the specific purchased lifetime domain licence.
Website ID
Identifies the licensed website project associated with that licence.
Licensed domain
Permanently assigned normalized root domain. A different domain requires another licence.
Two lifetime editing paths
My Account gives the licensed website both Builder and Website Editor access.
The customer can choose the right workflow for the change.
Builder regeneration
Reopen/restore supported project information, change the specification and regenerate the same permanent domain.
Website Editor
Open the licensed Website ID for direct supported source-file editing with live preview, validation, version history and updated ZIP generation.
Upload ZIP & re-edit
A previously downloaded licensed Omega project ZIP can be uploaded through the re-edit workflow, validated against account/licence/domain identity and reopened for supported Builder changes.
Unpaid orders
Pending Checkout lists unpaid account-linked licence orders.
This exists so an abandoned or interrupted Stripe flow does not disappear from the customer dashboard.
Pending order details
Domain, order ID, created time, platform and amount can be shown.
Proceed to Checkout
Resume the exact open Stripe Checkout Session when it is still available.
Delete Pending Checkout
Remove an abandoned unpaid order and cancel/expire its active Stripe session where available.
Protection
Paid purchases, completed payment records, issued Licence IDs, Website IDs and permanent licensed domains cannot be deleted through the pending-order control.
Paid records
Purchase History records the original paid lifetime licence transactions.
A later same-domain generation or updated licensed ZIP is not a new NZ$999 purchase.
Purchase date
Displays the original paid transaction date.
Amount + status
Shows paid amount/currency and status.
Licence + order
Connects the paid order to the issued Licence ID/domain.
Zero-dollar future exports
Same-domain lifetime re-edits/exports remain under the original licence and do not create fake duplicate purchase history.
Personal information
Update contact information without altering permanent licence identity.
Profile fields are customer details, not domain-transfer controls.
Name + organization
Maintain customer identity/contact details.
Phone + address
Maintain phone, country, address, city, region and postcode information.
Licence unchanged
Changing profile data does not change Licence ID, Website ID, licensed domain or ownership relationship.
Account security
Login email and password have their own protected workflows.
Security changes are deliberately separated from permanent licence identity.
Verified email change
A new login email requires secure verification before it replaces the existing login address.
Password change
Password updates require the current security flow and must meet Omega password requirements.
Password recovery
Forgot-password/reset-by-email is available without modifying website licence identity.
What cannot be changed casually
Permanent commercial records stay protected.
These restrictions prevent a customer-facing dashboard from becoming a licence-transfer or paid-record deletion tool.
Licensed domain
Permanent for that licence.
Licence ID
Permanent commercial record.
Website ID
Permanent website identity.
Ownership link
Cannot be changed through ordinary My Account profile controls.
